My life Since I've Been Gone

Here you are, here I am. You, readng my blog. Me, typing junk for you to read. I have to ask, what are you doing here? There's better things to do on the Web. Hulu, Facebook, Twitter, Mysp-wait, that's a dead site. Disregard that. But still, there's lots more you could be doing than reading this.

Well, in the time being of my absence, I've done quite a few new things. For instance, I went through a phase when all I wanted to listen to was Muse. I bought two CD's in the process. I phased out of that, only to become a fan of Sade. I soon lost interest and went back to Muse. For a week or two I loved them again. Then I went to Modest Mouse.
Maybe two weeks later, I left Modest Mouse to become a fan of Peter Frampton. I left him and become a fan of One Republic soon after. Then, I went to Billy Joel. Then Beatles. Then Alien Ant Farm.Then Snow Patrol. Then Bowie.
"Jeez, when will he stop?!" you're probably asking yourself. Now you're smiling because I may or may not have just read your mind.
Well, I'm happy to say that I've stopped for now. On David Bowie? No,no,no, silly. I've since moved on. Then I was a fan of The Eels. Then, Flobots. But now, I've phased into The Dave Matthews Band. I've been a fan for about a week now, so I'll probably phase out in about a week or so.

So, I've had an impressive music movement, since I've been gone.

I've also had an impressive winter. I survived two(count 'em, two) blizzards. I went snowboarding for the first time on a mountain, I started attending parties my friends host. I've done lots of extra-curicular things, and I've been accepted into Barbara Ingram School For The Arts. And, I'm preparing for a Formal Dance.

With the survived blizzards, we got about 16-24" per snow fall. Twice. WE got off school for a week because of that. I encountered some Paranormal being in that time as well.
As for the snowboarding, I went to Whitetail, a local ski resort, for my friend's Birthday. She, me, and a few others went right after the 2nd blizzrd. I snowboarded(surprisingly well actually) and the others skied. I didn't ski bcause I am afraid of skiis. I had a good time. Gonna go again, fo' sho'.
I've started to attend perties, yes. My friend Amanda, had a party, so me, my buddy Evan, my girlfriend, and a couple of Amanda's friends came over. Impressive night. Guitar Hero, DDR, Hide in Seek, good fun. I'm going to be hosting a party this July, I'm hoping.
In the field of school, I've been doing Debate Team. Good fun.
I've been accepted into BISFA, an art school for the artistically inclined. About 300-400 soon-to-be-freshman auditioned, and only 75 of them got in, one of them being me. 3 other spots were filled by my closest friends, Amanda, Evan, and Helen. Now, I just wanna get the heck outta SMS and abandon the morons who insult me.
Finally, I've been preparing for an 8th Grade Formal Dance in May. This Formal is less formal than a prom, but more formal than a casual dance. Me and my girlfriend are planning. I'm doing everything in my power to match the colors of the dress she decides to wear. Still working on it.

Also, I'm heading out to Quebec City, Quebec, Canada Teusday with some of the French students! It'll be awesome. No parents, lots of cash, gonna be fun. Only downside, 14.5 hours to and from, on a bus. I'm gonna take pictures and post them here. I'm also gonna keep log of my findings here.
